We are green
The Diani Pearl is sensitive to the environment. Built with environmental sustainability in mind, solar power is used to heat water and our construction facilitates rain water harvesting.

Six 2-bedroom en suite units are cleverly designed to offer an independent entrance to one bedroom while the remaining five 1-bedroom units offer a convenient and cosy alternative.Both options come with generous open form kitchens, comfortable sitting rooms, airy bedrooms and spacious balconies.

Soak in the equatorial Kenyan sun on the spacious roof tops, or then just chill and indulge your senses in the two sparkling pools, each with individual Jacuzzis.

Electricity charged on consumption; there is a separate meter for your apartment where the reading will be noted when you move in and upon check out
One gas cylinder will be provided on arrival but replenishment thereafter will be at your own expense
24 hour security with radio alarm will be provided for the premises at no extra cost.
